IClass One Architecture

IClass One is a cloud-based field service management platform designed to connect technicians, customers, and managers through a centralized service hub. Its architecture enables seamless communication between mobile applications, customer portals, and administrative interfaces, consolidating all operational data within the IClass One core platform.

At the center of the architecture is the IClass One web portal, which receives input from multiple entry points:

  • Field technician app (mobile)
  • Customer self-service portal
  • Back-office operation and service managers

The platform communicates natively with SAP Business One via the Service Layer API, ensuring real-time synchronization of operational and financial data. Additionally, an IClass One add-on is installed within the SAP Business One environment to enhance integration and enable advanced controls directly within the ERP.

As part of this integration, the following SAP Business One modules and objects are synchronized:

Service Module

  • Service Calls
  • Equipment Cards

Business Partner Module

  • Business Partners
  • Addresses

Inventory Module

  • Warehouses
  • Items
  • Inventory Transactions (e.g., Goods Issue)

Sales Module

  • Sales Quotations
  • Sales Orders

Purchasing Module

  • Purchase Quotations

This integrated architecture allows companies to streamline field service execution, improve customer experience, and maintain full visibility and control of service operations, tightly connected to their SAP Business One ecosystem.
